OH Squat 3 x 3
Front squat 3 x 3
Back squat 3 x 3
For this work out, do a couple of warm up sets for the OH squat. Then pick a start weight and DO 3 SETS ONLY adding weight each set. Once you have completed 3 sets of OH squats move right into front squats, no warm ups sets. You will be warmed up already. DO 3 SETS ONLY of front squats adding weight each time. Follow the same directions for the back squat. ( you should do 9 total work sets only. Set #1 being your first set up OH squats and set 9 being your 3rd set of back squat. You should be adding weight each set from set 1 to set 9.
