- Six rounds for time of:
- 30 Squats
- 135 pound Power clean, 19 reps
- 7 Strict Pull-ups
- Run 400 meters
This is WOD that is being done by CrossFit’s all over as a tribute to some fallen hero’s. We will do it today to honor them.
