1 Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

1 Back Squat

1 Push Press

Each combination of the five movements is considered one set of the seven. After seven times through you have completed one round. You must touch and go. If you put the bar down during the seven, you must start that set again.



Strict Pull ups 3 x Max effort w/2 min rest
