BEAR COMPLEX
PERFORM 5 ROUNDS OF 7 COMPLEXES OF THE FOLLOWING
POWER CLEAN – FRONT SQUAT – PUSH PRESS – BACK SQUAT – PUSH PRESS

RULES = THE BAR MUST TOUCH THE GROUND EACH SEQUENCE BUT CANNOT REST ON THE GROUND ( NO RE-GRIP ALLOWED).
*YOU MUST POWER CLEAN THE BAR TO A FULL STANDING POSITION BEFORE SQUATTING.
THE GOAL IS TO INCREASE THE LOAD EACH ROUND. REST AS NEEDED BETWEEN SETS
